A warrant was ordered Tuesday (July 28) for the arrest of Wu-Tang Clan member Ol' Dirty Bastard after he failed to appear in a Virginia Beach, Va., courtroom for a hearing on shoplifting charges. The rapper -- who is currently on tour after a series of recent setbacks, including having been the victim of a robbery and shooting and the alleged theft of his Range Rover -- was scheduled to appear in court to answer charges that he shoplifted a pair of $50, size-11 Nike shoes from a Sneaker Stadium store on July 4. Judge R.L. Simpson ordered that a warrant for ODB's arrest be issued after the rapper did not appear as scheduled in District Court Room Number One at 11 a.m., according to a court clerk, who gave her name only as Cathy.
