Rapper Fatal Resurrected With Solo Debut

"Hard-core hip-hoppers Fatal Hussein and Tupac Shakur first hatched plans to form the rap trio Outlaws in the New York prison where Tupac was incarcerated in 1994. They met through their mutual friendship with fellow Outlaw and rapper Khadafi, who had lived in the same New Jersey neighborhood as Fatal. It was a fortuitous connection for Fatal, who is now on the verge of releasing his first solo album, In The Line Of Fire, which is made up of 11 hard-hitting tracks, including the rousing and politically motivated song "Friday" (RealAudio excerpt). Certainly, the album owes a great deal to this meeting both for its content and its style. Still, Fatal's relationship with Tupac and Khadafi would be a bittersweet one -- uplifting, but riddled with tragedy....."
