Prisons Board Rules In Rapper C-BO's Favor

Rapper C-BO may still be in jail, but its no longer because of the controversial lyrics on his new album, 'Til My Casket Drops.

A California prisons board ruled Friday that a parole violation charge against gangsta-rapper C-BO related to his recently released album would be dropped. The rapper, however, will remain in prison on additional parole violations until March 18.
