Tha Alkaholiks to perform at Montreux Jazz Festival

Hip Hop's most infamous party crew Tha Alkaholiks have been tapped to perform at this year's Montreux Jazz Festival.
Held in Geneva, Switzerland, the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival will host some of the most innovative and popular artists in the world today including Tha Alkaholiks, Alicia Keys, B.B. King, Sean Paul, Korn, The Coors, Q-Tip, Van Morrison, Carlos Santana, Buddy Guy, Herbie Hancock, Seal, Dido, Wayne Shorter and Steve Winwood amongst many others.
In it's 38th year, The Montreux Jazz Festival 2004 will be held in Geneva, Switzerland from July 2nd to July 17th. Tha Alkaholiks will perform July 17th at Miles Davis Hall.
One of the most influential hip hop artists over the last decade, Tha Alkaholiks (consisting of Tash, J-Ro and E-Swift) have been a constant fixture in both the commercial and underground rap scene worldwide. Their 5th studio album, titled Firewater, is slated for release this year on the Waxploitation / KOCH label.
