Rapper DMX is in trouble with the law again Saturday.
The rap superstar, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was arrested for an assault charge in Yonkers last night. Police then found out he's also wanted in connection with a Denver stabbing.
Simmons is being held on $105,000 bail, but his lawyer expects to get him out today, saying the Yonkers incident was justifiable.
Simmons was arrested yesterday on charges of assault and harassment for allegedly punching another man. His attorney adds he was not involved in the Denver stabbing.
This is the rappers second brush with the law in about a year. Last June, an exotic dancer accused DMX of raping her. The case was later dropped.
