ODB shot in robbery

NEW YORK (AP) - Rapper ODB, founder and member of the popular rap group The Wu-Tang Clan, was wounded Tuesday when two men barged into his apartment and shot him.
The rapper, whose real name is Russell Jones, was shot once. He was in stable condition at Interfaith Medical Center's intensive care unit, said hospital spokesman Lars Larmon.
ODB walked into the hospital's emergency department after the 5:30 p.m. shooting at his Brooklyn apartment. His apartment door was unlocked when the armed intruders ripped off jewelry, then fired a pistol hitting him in the back, said police spokesman Officer Gary Cillo.
