Blood test will help to determine whether the rapper sexually assaulted a woman on June 13.
Contributing Editor Randy Reiss reports:
Hardcore rapper DMX (a.k.a. Earl Simmons) agreed Monday (July 20) in court to take a DNA test to help determine whether he raped, sodomized and falsely imprisoned a woman on June 13.
The 27-year-old hip-hop star is charged with rape, sodomy, three counts of sexual abuse and two counts of unlawful imprisonment in conjunction with an incident that allegedly occurred on June 13 at 4 a.m. in an apartment on the 300 block of East 149 Street in the Bronx, N.Y. The suit against the rapper alleges that he groped the victim's breast before raping her and sodomizing her while holding her down with his knee on her arm.
