"Dame Dash for president. Damon Dash has long revealed that he plans to take over the world and since flooding it with music, clothes, vodka, movies, etc; apparently his next step is to become the president of the United States. Though it appears to be a farce, earlier this week the mogul told the Daily News' Lowdown he intends to become commander-in-chief. "I'm going to run for President of the United States. I'm a socialist, but not an extreme socialist," Dame stated. Upon being asked if his lack of street credibility would hurt his chances to become president, Dash replied, "The idea that you need to be stabbed or shot for street cred is corny. Street cred is about making the streets safe and secure."
