Chi Ali Wanted For Murder

Chi Ali, a rapper who made his presence felt in the early 90's, has the Bronx Homicide Task Force after him in connectionwith a January 14 murder of Sean Raymond. Supposedly, Ali sought payment for a $300 debt Raymond owed. He approached Raymond with a gun and allegedly shot him multiple times after a verbal confrontation ensued. In 1992 Ali released his only solo album entitled The Fabulous Chi Ali. He also appeared on songs with hip-hop notables, Black Sheep. Ali has no plans for releasing a new solo LP anytime soon. But, he did do a cut, "It's Going Down," on Dres's solo debut, Sure Shot Redemption.
