Violent J's letter to Juggalos regarding MTV

This is J’s letter, this is after an outcry occured and hundreds of fans filled the hotline with hate messages because ICP had "sold-out": You guys are fuckin' my head up already. What the fuck? Jelly Nuts the Clown called me at my house this morning so early the fuckin' owls we're still chillin' outside my window. Jelly Nuts is screaming and bitchin' that all the Juggalos hate us now because we're on MTV. Wow. Once again everybody hates us. What really sucks is that after all we have done for the Juggalos over the last ten years, it just don’t mean nothing. There love for us is shattered that easily. That quickly. Just like that, they hate us. That fuckin sucks.

Before I explain our situation with MTV, let me say this first. If you are one of those Juggalos that suddenly hate us for being on MTV or for any other gay ass reason, you can straight up go fuck yourself. Eat shit. We don’t want you back. Fuck off. You can eat my balls. I'm tired of explaining myself to you fidged ass, wanna be, part time juggahoes. You bitches were never down to begin with. We straight up have lived, breathed, and died for Juggalos so much from our very day one, that we made every other band look like dick heads to there fans in comparison.

We took JCW on tour for the Juggalos even though it put us in the hole $250,000. We did it for them. We spent four months setting up the Gathering Of The Juggalos which also put us in the hole. This time to the tune of $200,000. We did it all for the Juggalos. We give away free songs with every issue of the comic book, Halloween shows, special events, on and on and on. You all know that. We're happy doing these things for Juggalos! We fuckin' love Juggalos. But once we make a move that certain Juggahoes dislike, they suddenly hate us just like that. Well check this out, FUCK YOU. WE DON’T WANT YOU BACK, If you hate us now, then keep on hating us. Fuck off. I'm threw trying to explain myself to you bitches over every little thing I do. For everybody else that has real clown love and wants to know why we're on MTV now, but doesn't fuckin' hate us over it, please read on.

As many of you may already no, Bizzar Bizaar only sold 50,000 copies each it's first week out and came in at number 20 and 21 on the Bill Board Top 200 chart. Last year when we released The Amazing Jeckel Brothers it came it at No. 4 it's first week and sold 140,000 copies. So, it's clear that our popularity has greatly dropped over the last year. We're falling off like a brick.

From way back in the day when we first began, we planned on releasing one Joker's Card at a time and slowly building a following that would get bigger and bigger as the years went by. We had hoped that by the time the 6th Jokers Card was released, ICP would have an enormous following of Juggalos that would all help us spread the Dark Carnival's word and then when it was all said and done, Insane Clown Posse would have actually mad a great difference on this planet. But that ain't how it's been going down lately. Lately we been slipping off the charts like a new Monkeys album. If things keep going the way they are now, by the time the 6th card is released, we'll only have about 25,000 true Juggalos joining us in Shagria-la. That makes our entire 10 year journey hardly worth it all. We need to make a difference. We need millions of people hearing the Carnival's messages of anti racism and anti family abuse and all that good shit. We need the message spread.

We need to change the lives of more people the very same way you claim we've changed your life. We cannot be greedy. We need to let more people feel the magic of being a Juggalo That’s why, we believe the time has come for ICP to surface and let the rest of the world taste the magic of the Dark Carnival.

I am no fan of MTV. I never have been and I probably never will be. However millions and millions of people watch MTV every day. By MTV playing our video, millions of people will witness that of which they have never seen before. I'm talking out our video for "Lets Go All The Way". The video shows black and white people dancing together, all races marching together in harmony and all together love. This giant display of racial harmony is in the form of a huge parade stomping its way threw a suburban neighborhood. This giant parade of Shangra-la is led by The Dark Carnival. This video is everything ICP has always been about from the very first day. Why wouldn't want the world to see what were about? If were seriously trying to make a change for the better on this bitch, why would we want to keep it hidden? Its time we let the world know we hate bigots and bullshit like that. It's time Juggalos HAVE THERE WAY!

Juggalos, I give you my word that you will never see Shaggy and myself on TRL standing in the window, flirting with Carson Daily. You will never see us on MTV's Rock & Jock Basketball team. We will never host MTV's fuckin' Kareokee contest. The only thing you will see is our videos. That’s it. If MTV is cool enough to ask us to perform on one of there big concert events or something we'll do that to. THE ONLY TIME YOU WILL EVER SEE ICP ON MTV IS WHEN WE ARE PLAYING MUSIC AND NOTHING MORE. WE WANT OUR MUSIC HEARD BY THE ENTIRE WORLD. We don’t want awards, we don’t want to host anything, we don’t want to play games on MTV or anything of that nature at all. We just want to play music to as many people as humanly possible. I've said many bad things about MTV in the past, however they shocked the hell out of me by accepting our new video into rotation, even though we're hardly half as popular as ICP was 2 years ago. If I had things my way, I would ask all REAL Juggalos to call MTV and show your love! Give them props for spinning our shit! After all, we didn’t change our ways, MTV did!!! MTV finally came around and decided to get down with the clown! Juggalos, I think we should give them props for that! Don’t you?

JUST SO THAT ALL JUGGALOS KNOW THAT WE HAVEN'T SOLD OUT, HERE IS 3 GREAT FACTS OF HOW IT AIN'T EVEN POSSIBLE FOR US TO SELL OUT All royalties and profits present and FUTURE for both Bizzar Bizaar albums will be written off and donated to the 3 following charities (So if ICP blows up on MTV and sells 10 million albums all the sudden, its cool. That just means these 3 charities will get paid for it, not ICP. This is just our way of saying "We only want the Juggalos, not the Juggalo's money". ICP selling out would have to mean us changing our music to sell more records right? Well I'm sure you've all heard Bizzar Bizaar. Tell me, is Bizzar Bizaar any softer than the other ICP albums? NO. Is Bizzar Bizaar more commercial sounding than the others? NO. Is Bizzar Bizaar more radio friendly and MTV appealing than the other ICP albums? NO. So what have we changed? NOT A MOTHER FUCKIN THING. Our music is just like it's always been. In fact, if you hated ICP before Bizzar Bizaar, then you'll really hate us now. Because Bizaar Bizzar is full on ICP at our best. And you know that’s the truth bitch. If you disagree you can go fuck yourself. In all what have Shaggy 2 Dope and Violent J changed about themselves? Nothing at all. They are the same fun, happy friendly serial killers we have always been. The only thing different now is a major music video channel now plays our videos and didn’t last year. That’s all. So what. Big fuckin deal. What's that got to do with us? Wow. As far as how I see it, that ain't got a mother fuckin thing to do with us. Ain't a damn thing changed over here baby. All I can say to MTV is thanks ninja.

Thank you Juggalos for reading this whole thing. I hope you understand better why we are doing what we are. But in reality, we really ain't doing shit! MTV is, and if anything you guys should show them love! Because after all, MTV is finally admitting you Juggalos were right the whole fuckin' time… The Dark Carnival IS the shit.
