Philadelphia, PA -August 6, 2003 - Marcus Jordan, President and founder of Urban Empire Wrestling (www.UrbanEmpireWrestling.com) would like to officially announce, "The Legacy Begins", Urban Empire Wrestling's inception show live on October 4th at The Legendary Blue Horizon located at 1314-16 N. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA with a 7:30pm bell time hosted by 103.9 the beat's own DJ OMEGA! Doors will open at 6:30pm and will include giveaways including free t-shirts and Urban Empire Soundtrack CD's. Tickets are only $15.00 general admission and $20.00 for ringside and balcony seating and are ON SALE NOW. Food and Refreshments will be available for purchase the night of the event. "Wrestling Doesn't Get Any Realer Than This TM", and on this night we will feature a one night, 8 man pro-wrestling tournament, that will lead to the crowning of the first ever Urban Empire Champion!
The 2 hour event will be hosted by 103.9 the beat's own DJ OMEGA and will include the "Chikara Pro pre-show" featuring some of the best highflying wrestling action you will ever see, as well as 6 great matches featuring 8 of the hottest, youngest, realist Ring MC's from all over including 2 Dope, The Amazing Red, Sonny Siaki and more. This will also be the night where we will crown the Urban Empire's freestyle MC by holding an open MIC competition to be judged by the fans.
