MEMPHIS, Tn., June 17 - MemphisRap.com -- COO of "The Source Magazine", Jeremy Miller, has started a new magazine strictly for southern rappers called "DOWN" (meaning DOWN-south) that will be released on July 26th and to help launch the new magazine, Miller is giving unsigned artists "Yo Shot 2 Shine" powered by http://MP3.MemphisRap.com.
