Carlos "South Park Mexican" Coy was sentenced to 45 years in prison after a jury convicted him of sexually assaulting a 9 year old girl. Coy, 31, was facing up to life in prison. He was also ordered to pay a $10,000 fine. "Sex offenders have one trait in common, and that is that they all are liars. You are no exception to that rule," Judge Mark Kent Ellis told Coy after he read his sentence.
