Official recount of scores for MemphisRap.com Urban Music Showcase issued

A number of fans and artists are busy mounting challenges for MemphisRap.com to do a score recount of the MemphisRap.com Urban Music Showcase which occured on January 16th, 2005 which is now gladly being done. In a recent viewing of the Showcase video tape which was recorded by 901 Entertainment, the Director M Town stated, "I reviewed all the artists who performed along with my colleages and I got this gut feeling to get the scores recounted after it being mentioned to me by several others that throughout the night scores were calculated by different people without being verfied which should have been done at the end of the night before announcing any winner. I took a brief glance at a few of the judges' sheets and immediately found calculated errors, so that was enough for me to say definitely a recount will be done." "We know that this comes a little late, but because no prizes has been relinquished and only names have been announced we felt this is fair to the fans and to the artists who should rightfully be awarded based on the judges view," stated Littlejohn. "In the meantime, we are taken our time and verifying each judges scores which will be verfied and Notarized by an Official prior to the announcement of the Official Winners on or before Wednesday February 23, 2005."
