Lloyd Banks tour bus involved in accident

SOURCE NOT STATED IN THE POST

According to news reports, on Sunday, G-Unit rapper Lloyd Banks tour bus was involved in an accident.

NBC affiliate WTOV 9 reports that the bus went over the side of a steep hill on Route 88 in West Virginia. Banks and twenty-five other people were aboard the bus. They were heading to Bethany College to perform a back-to-school concert when the bus lost control and went over the hillside. Luckily, none of the passengers were seriously injured, and the bus actually landed upright.

A spokesman from the local Sheriff's Department told WTOV 9, "The passenger side tire dropped off the right roadway edge, and grabbed the bus and pulled it off the road. The bus driver did a good job by slowing the bus down, and the bus ended up over the hill on all eight tires."

Authorities rescued Banks and the other passengers and, in the spirit of "the show must go on," Banks and his fellow musicians made it to Bethany College to perform.
