This year's Great American Song Contest features a worldwide Hip-Hop category, open to songwriters everywhere.

The category will feature Rob Wright (aka Mr. Raw), radio host, talent scout and HipHopPalace.com co-owner. Rob made his mark at Sony Music's A&R Department and is now a manager at Sony's International Distribution.

Also judging in the category will be MilkDaddy, a leader in the worldwide HipHop movement. He is a producer, songwriter and music journalist. His articles on HipHop and Rap music are syndicated extensively in the U.S. and Africa. He is also founder of AfricasGateway.com.

The Great American Song Contest provides Awards and Prizes in 9 categories. ALL ENTRIES RECEIVE A WRITTEN EVALUATION from the contest judges.
