"Wyclef Jean just endorsed me," Democratic presidential candidate Al Gore, Jr. noted last Monday on New York's HOT 97 with Angie Martinez. "I'd like to give him a shout out." Maybe he should've said shot out.
Many of you might recall the Wyclef Jean's incident with then-Blaze editor-in-chief Jesse Washington. Upset at a review of Canibus' album (produced by Wyclef Jean), Wyclef pointed a 9mm at Washington's chest, threatening him into not publishing the article.
Remember when Tipper Gore was the leading supporter of the "Parental Advisory" sticker campaign that effectively labeled Rap as a sex and violence-ridden musical genre?
Says Jesse Washington: "I guess Wyclef doesn't agree with Bill Bradley's position on gun control."
