Diddy forced to testify for a 4th time

SOURCE NOT STATED IN THE POST

Hip-hop mogul, Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs is being forced to testify for a fourth time about the infamous nightclub shooting that occurred in 1999.

Combs and his bodyguard were cleared of any wrongdoing in the shooting, but a Manhattan jury convicted Jamal 'Shyne' Barrow for possessing a gun and firing it into a crowd.

Now, seven people who claim they were injured as a result of the shooting and ensuing stampede are suing Combs, Shyne and several others.

According to legal documents, P. Diddy's attorneys tried to prevent him from testifying again, saying "there is no justification for requiring Mr. Combs to testify for a fourth time about the events of December 26-27,1997 ... his relationship with Jennifer Lopez ...his security arrangements that night or in general."

Combs is set to testify in November.
