Diddy comes out of pocket

SOURCE NOT STATED IN THE POST

Sean "P.Diddy' Combs has been ordered to pay $35,000 a month in child support for his first-born son Justin with celebrity stylist Misa Brim who lives in Mount Vernon.

Combs was originally paying $5,000 a month in support when Brim sought an increase earlier this year.

In addition to the monthly $35,000, a Westchester Family Court support magistrate judge, Carol Ann James, instructed Combs to pay Brim $400,000 to cover retroactive support payments dating to June 2003. He was also ordered to take out a $4 million life insurance policy for the child and to pay Brim's attorney, Brett Kimmel of Raoul Lionel Felder, $60,000 in fees.

Currently, Misa has full custody of Justin. Combs has visitation rights.
