Cilvaringz (Tarik Azzougarh), a Moroccan associated with New York rapgroup Wu-Tang Clan has been arrested at his residence at 1.00 PM (05.00 CET) by local police Tuesday night.
Local authorities received notice of illegal possession of Al Qaeda and Hezbollah propaganda videos, a militant Lebanese organisation label a terrorist group by American government.
After authorities searched his room, stunning evidence was found linking the rapper to Ayaman Al Zawahiri, Bin Laden's second man in command.
"Mr. Azzougarh has been on our watchlist for two years now, but we never expected to find evidence that would link him to top Al Qaeda leaders", says Peter Steikmanns, a local police officer.
The case was handed to the Ministry of Justice in The Hague.
