ANDRE 3000 BECOMING A WOMAN???

Recent reports from various anonymous sources within the Atlanta GLBT scene have stated that Andre "3000" Benjamin has been seen in various gay and transgender friendly bars dressed as a "drag queen" and appears to even be sporting a pair of size-C breast implants. Previous rumors of Andre's sexuality had been addressed (presumably jokiningly) by the artist as "Of course, I thought everyone knew I was a lesbian!"

However, this seems to be an indication of transsexualism. If true, this would be the first case of a hip-hop artist switching genders. Could Andre become the "Renee Richards" of rap? Wendy Williams is set to address these issues on her talk show next week. Representives of Mr. (Ms?) Benjamin had no comment as of this time. Neither did the representives of Big Boi, Andre's rapping partner in the group Outkast, although close friends of the two have noted a widening social gap between them in the past few years. One friend notes, "Big got his crew and Andre got his ...strange, weird associates. It ain't nothing like '93 anymore. I think Andre did too much E and acid or something.".
